This calculator computes the Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) for residential and commercial properties in Singapore. It considers the number of property you own and your citizenship status according to IRAS policies.
As part of Budget 2018 in Singapore, top marginal Buyer Stamp Duty rate has been increased for homes worth more than S$1m. The revised BSD rates will apply to all residential properties acquired from Tuesday (Feb 20), and the new top marginal rate of 4 per cent will apply to the portion of residential property value which is in excess of S$1 million.
ABSD are applicable for the second residential property owned by Singapore citizens and from the first one owned by non-Singapore citizens.
