Citibank Singapore home loan products are for HDB and Private residential properties. Both completed and uncompleted properties are eligible for their loans. Their mortgage products are pegged to SIBOR rates.
They are the only bank which allow customers to enjoy unlimited free switching between 1M SIBOR/ 3M SIBOR / 6M SIBOR / 12M SIBOR. During times where SIBOR is trending upwards, switching to a 6M or 12M SIBOR will be a good move. Choosing 12M SIBOR is effectively locking the interest rate for 1 year, in other words, a fixed rate. They do offer subsidies for refinancing customers too.
